This course is designed to take you from understanding AI agents to building, deploying, securing, and maintaining production-grade agentic AI applications. It combines Python, LLMs, tool calling, RAG, LangGraph, multi-agent systems, MCP, cloud deployment, evaluation, and enterprise security.
The focus is on building working applications, not just learning AI terminology. You’ll develop projects that can be used as realistic portfolio demonstrations or adapted for enterprise client work.
Who this course is for: Python or Java developers, backend engineers, AI application developers, solution architects, and technical consultants.
Prerequisites: Basic programming, REST APIs, JSON, and familiarity with Git. Python beginners can complete the Python preparation module first.
What you’ll learn
By the end of the course, you should be able to:
-
Design agents that plan tasks, select tools, and execute actions.
-
Build reliable agents with Python and LLM APIs.
-
Implement workflows using LangGraph and state machines.
-
Connect agents to business systems, databases, and external APIs.
-
Build document intelligence systems using RAG and GraphRAG.
-
Integrate tools and context through the Model Context Protocol (MCP).
-
Create supervised and collaborative multi-agent systems.
-
Add human approvals, permissions, guardrails, and audit trails.
-
Evaluate agent quality, detect failures, control cost, and measure latency.
-
Deploy agentic applications to AWS or Azure using containers and APIs.
